Elisapee, 2014

Portraits of Elisapee Ishulutaq, a renowned Inuit artist. In 2013, I had the privilege of spending time with Elisapee while she was working in Montreal at Paul Machnik's studio, Studio PM, on her paintings and prints. At the end of the day, after she had completed an intensive working session, we shared time together as she reflected on her work.
